How it works, and what actually helps.

Animated simulations of diseases, viruses and everyday symptoms. Each one shows the biology, then runs the CITADEL algorithm: mechanism, evidence, approved treatment, research status and the relief options that have proof behind them.

Education, not medical advice.

These simulations explain general biology and public guidance. They are not a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and they never promise a cure where none exists. Where a disease has no cure yet, the simulation says so. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

How to read a simulation

Honest labels, every time.

Treatment status
Relief evidence

Onset times are typical, not guaranteed. Nothing here is instant for everyone.

Where it comes from

Each entry is curated from public health guidance (WHO, national health services) and the research record. Every entry links to WHO fact sheets where they exist, PubMed review articles, MedlinePlus and live ClinicalTrials.gov results, and opens in Find Your Cure for a live, sourced brief.

The animations are illustrative and not to scale. The disease-activity bar shows the idea, not a measured value.
